This course is all about enduro riding with more dynamic movements and improved timing on the trail. This will help improve your flow and speed on a variety of enduro trails.
In a nutshell: You will progress your enduro riding with more dynamic movements and improved timing on the trail.
Trails used: Red and black trails at the Forest of Dean. We will use varied ‘Enduro’ style trails with some roots and tighter corners
For who? Intermediate riders
The Enduro Flow course delivers …….
Body position: You will develop ways to free up your positioning on the bike so you ride more relaxed
Pumping for speed: Ways to use the trail to generate speed and improve your grip
Cornering: Look at ways to improve your balance on slower, tighter corners as well as grip on faster corners
Braking: Improve your braking balance, modulation and points
Thinking outside the box: Moving around the trail and not just riding the main line. Finding the right line for you!
Trail timing: Practise building the right timing for the trail, braking, line and movement connected to make it feel smooth and fun
