We’ve collaborated with the brilliant team at Hafod trails centre near Brechfa in West Wales to offer a full range of uplifted coaching opportunities. Our supportive, experienced coaches will help you progress and have even more fun on the bike at Hafod.
Hafod have an ever growing range of trails built with progression in mind - you’ll find brilliant blue flow trails and more techy red and black trails with an off-piste feel.
We currently have Jumps, Corners and Drops courses on offer - the price includes half a day of coaching AND a full day uplift pass so you can ride before or after your coaching session as well.

Corners
We will help you realise that leaning the bike doesn't mean you have less grip! This course gives you the chance to learn how to pump a corner to give you more grip and allow you to exit with more speed.
What do we cover?

Learning to lean – We’ll explore the fundamental techniques for leaning the bike over in a corner to gain grip and confidence in the turns.

Pumping corners – We'll help you develop the skills needed to pump the bike through a corner to generate grip (and speed!)

Braking – We’ll help you find the best places to brake and explore ways to brake more efficiently.

Jumps
We’ll show you the fundamental principles to get real air on your bike. We’ll have you feeling confident off lips, relaxed in the air and landing smoother than ever before.
What do we cover?

Body Position - We’ll work on your body position to improve your platform and allow you to move properly to make the most out of jumping.

Timing – We’ll explore how to adjust your timing and your body position to take off safely and efficiently.

Landing – We’ll explore ways to keep balanced in the middle of the jump so you that you land safely, confidently and carry speed.

Drops
Join us on an exploration of drop offs. We will session a variety of drops and practise different techniques to ride them in a way that suits your riding style and the trail type.
What do we cover?

Body position – We will start by checking in on your body position to ensure you have a good position to start from, and return to, after the drop.

Technique – You will develop the skills to make the proper drop movement and learn how to time your movement to make sure you drop safely and consistently.

Bunny hops – You will realise how to adjust the drop movement for different drops. As well as look at different techniques to get off drops.
