Jump 1.0
Jump 1.0 gets you safely and consistently in the air, so that you can approach take offs with confidence!
What do we cover in Jump 1.0?

Positioning – We’ll work on your body position to give you a solid platform to take off from and how to move properly to make sure you jump straight without getting a ‘dead sailor’

Timing – We’ll explore how to adjust your timing to take off safely and efficiently.

Landing – We’ll explore ways to keep balanced in the middle of the jump so you that you land safely and confidently.
Trails used: Primarily table top jumps in the Forest of Dean.

Jump 2.0 develops skills to get more height, deal with steeper lips and get over gaps.
What do we cover in Jump 2.0?

What's your style? – We’ll check in to see if you have passed all the basics from 1.0 and top up where needed.

Steeper take offs – We’ll explore how to adjust your body position as you ride up steeper take offs.
