Every day is women's day to us, but there are also some brilliant, women's only days being run by the Forestry and Hope over the next 6 months that we are supporting. 
 
We are running some coaching sessions on these dates to get even more women out on their bikes, to help them progress and to feel more confident on different types of trails. Come join us! 
 
 
FOD Women's Takeover 
21st June FULLY BOOKED 
 
We are running two identical sessions on the 21st June aimed at getting women who already ride the blues to start building the skills and confidence to ride the reds. These sessions are kindly supported by Whyte and Forestry England. 
 
What will the session be like? 
Supportive coaches – Friendly, professional coaches who have worked with every ability of rider. They will make sure everyone makes progression at their own pace. 
Small groups - 6 people per group to make sure the session is comfortable and you take plenty away from it. 
Skills focused coaching – We'll develop skills to enable you to start feeling confident on red trail features. 
Time to practice – We'll sesson sections to alowo you to build those skills into your muscle memory so they are in your toolkit for your next ride. 
Trails used: Blue/Red trails and other skills sections.

Hope Women's Enduro weekend 
6th/7th Sept 
We are running a vareity of sessions on the weekend of the Hope Women's enduro. The enduro itself is a grassroots event for women and are designed to be great first enduros ideal for those wanting a taste of racing.  
 
What courses are on offer on the 7th September? 
'First time on the trails' – Female coach introducing people to the key skills needed to ride the trails at the FOD. A friendly, fun session on easy trails where you will other people who want to get out on the trails. 
'Core skills' – Female coach supporitng you to develop some core skills - body position, balance, braking, pumping + maybe even some small drops. 
'Corners' - Friendly coach helping you dial in the cornering fundementals; leaning, pumping and braking to make those corners more fun and stable. 
'Jumps' – Supportive coaching to start getting some airtime confidently on the bike. Looking at honing your position, timing and landing skills. 
Trails used: Variety of trails depending on the course. From green through to red.
